About
Zach joined Arlington/Roe in 2017 after graduating from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a degree in business management. He initially interned with the Healthcare & Human Services team before joining the Production Support Team. Shortly after starting full-time, he was promoted to Healthcare & Human Services associate broker in 2018, followed by broker in 2019 and Senior Broker in 2024. Zach’s area of focus consists of healthcare organizations, human services, life sciences, and public entities. He is also active with Indiana Big “I” Emerging Leaders and currently sits on the Indiana Emerging Leaders Committee.
Zach’s favorite part about the insurance industry is the relationships he has built with partner agents and underwriters. He also enjoys the challenge of the E&S space and finding coverage solutions for hard-to-place risks. Outside of the office, Zach enjoys spending time with his wife, son and their two German Shepherds. His hobbies include golfing, boating, fishing, and hanging out with friends. He is also an avid fan of the Hoosiers and Colts.
