About
Rachel joined Arlington/Roe in 2021 as an Agency Relations Coordinator. In 2025, she was promoted to Senior Agency Relations Coordinator. She attended Indiana State University and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in marketing. Rachel was the vice president of finance for her sorority in Alpha Omicron Pi. She was also heavily involved with her business fraternity. She has previous internship experience with SEI Wireless and at Fresh Thyme.
Rachel’s favorite aspect of her career is learning more about the insurance industry and connecting with her associates. She enjoys data-rich problems, interrupting them and finding the right solution for said problems.
When she isn’t working, she is with her friends, traveling (her favorite place is Rome), lounging at the pool, working out and watching sports. She is an avid Chicago Bears fan and has been to over 50 concerts!
