Amanda Koluch

About

Amanda rejoined Arlington/Roe in 2015 as an Agency Relations Coordinator and Executive Assistant. She had previously worked at Arlington/Roe as a Promotions Assistant from 2006 to 2007 until she and her husband relocated to Canton, Ohio. Amanda was promoted to Marketing Operations Leader and Executive Assistant in 2018, then to Vice President, Marketing and Communications in 2020. In this role, she led the Events, Communications, and Agency Relations teams while working closely with Jim, Andy and Patrick Roe.

In 2024, Amanda took on additional responsibilities and was promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing. This role involves close collaboration with the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer to identify strategic and growth opportunities in the Arlington/Roe’s core states. She also manages the Regional Sales & Marketing Managers and helps them collaborate with the Leadership Team to execute defined strategies, sales planning, goals, and objectives while continuing to oversee Events, Communications, and Agency Relations.

Amanda graduated from Ball State University with a degree in graphic arts management. Her diverse background includes experience in the banking industry, working as a flight attendant, and holding a life and health insurance license.

Amanda finds fulfillment in working for a family-owned company where she feels like a true stakeholder in the company. She also loves the people she works with, especially her team, focusing on their professional and personal growth. Outside of work, Amanda often reads romance novels, sings show tunes with her children, watches Hallmark and spends valuable time with her family and loved ones.
