About

Cheri joined Arlington/Roe in 2019 as events manager, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and event planning. In 2022, she was named Events and Wellness Program Manager, expanding her role to include managing the company’s employee wellness program in addition to employee engagement events.

In her wellness role, Cheri oversees the strategy, development and execution of initiatives that support employee well‑being, growth and work–life balance. Cheri is dedicated to creating a culture of wellness and actively partners with service providers and internal teams to deliver impactful programs throughout the year. Cheri proudly holds her Certified Wellness Program Director (CWPD) certification, emphasizing her commitment to employee health and well‑being.

Cheri thrives in fast-paced environments and is known for her attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines. She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences, whether through company events or wellness initiatives, and fostering strong connections.

Outside of work, Cheri enjoys staying active through hiking, yoga and participating in 5Ks. She also loves traveling and spending quality time with her family.
