Dalston Jones

About

Dalston Jones joined Arlington/Roe in 2024 as the Iowa and Nebraska Sales & Marketing Manager. Originally from Emmettsburg in northwest Iowa, he now calls Carlisle, Iowa his home. He began his insurance career in 2015, where he spent six years at Nationwide Insurance honing his skills as an inside sales agent. He then spent three years at Pekin Insurance as a sales manager for Iowa.

Dalston attended and played basketball at Southwest Minnesota State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and a minor in coaching. He also holds a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Dalston is actively involved in the community. He serves on the Leadership Team for the Carlisle Youth Athletics Basketball Program reflecting his commitment to supporting local youth initiatives.

What Dalston enjoys most about his career is the opportunity to work with people and the continuous learning the insurance industry brings. In his spare time, he finds joy in playing golf and spending time with his family.
