About
Dani joined Arlington/Roe in 2023 as a Personal Lines Assistant Underwriter. She has two and a half years of prior experience as a farm and ag account executive at an independent agency. Dani attended Illinois Valley Community College before completing her EMT training.
Her favorite aspect of her career is the variance of risks that cross her desk each day, and that she helps people. She enjoys being challenged and that she is always learning and growing in the insurance industry.
Dani is actively involved in Princeton Buddy Bags, an organization her father founded that helps feed children in need over the weekends and during school vacations. Most of her spare time is spent with her three children, but she also enjoys reading and being at her parents’ farm in her downtime.
