Danielle Merola

About

Danielle joined Arlington/Roe in 2024 as a Commercial Binding Assistant Underwriter. She has over two decades of industry experience prior to joining Arlington/Roe. Previously, she held roles at Paragon Insurance Holdings, where she served as a landscape program underwriting assistant, and at Burns & Wilcox, where she held various positions in property/casualty underwriting for over a decade. Danielle’s educational background includes studies at Oakland Community College.

Danielle enjoys the challenges and dynamic nature of the insurance industry, which constantly keeps her on her toes. She also enjoys the relationships she has built with fellow associates.

Outside of work, Danielle finds joy in spending time with her family, particularly her nieces, and has a fondness for Dobermans. She also has a passion for music and enjoys playing the guitar, as well as staying active through Pilates and gym workouts.
