Erika joined Arlington/Roe in 2023 as a Commercial Binding Underwriter. Erika previously worked on the retail side at Dimond Bros Insurance Agency in Illinois for 9 years. She is a graduate of Illinois State University. She holds a CIC designation.
She enjoys working in commercial insurance because of the variety of challenges it provides, and that each day is different. She enjoys helping agency partners find solutions to their client’s needs.
Erika is a big Chicago Cubs fan and is often traveling and exploring in her spare time. She has two daughters she loves spending time with.
