Gregory Brown joined Arlington/Roe in 2025 as the Illinois Sales & Marketing Manager. Prior to joining the company, Gregory served as director of sales and marketing at The Bar Plan. He also held roles at Midwest Family Mutual as the sales and marketing manager for Illinois and Missouri and spent 16 years at Erie Insurance as a sales manager.

Gregory graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and agriculture economics. He also holds both CIC and AINS designations.

Gregory is deeply passionate about the ever-evolving insurance industry and finds fulfillment in both strategic initiatives and customer-focused solutions. Whether leading corporate-level projects or working directly with clients to secure essential coverage, he is dedicated to having a thoughtful and results-driven approach to his work.

As a committed community advocate, Gregory serves on the Jersey #100 School Board, volunteers with the Jersey County Fire Protection District and supports the work of the Salvation Army. He is also an active member of the American Risk and Insurance Association.

A native of the rural community of Jerseyville, Gregory loves spending time with his wife and two daughters. He also enjoys officiating high school and college football games, golfing, bird hunting and helping out on his family’s farm.
