Jayson Wagler

About

Jayson joined Arlington/Roe in 2023 as a summer intern. In the fall, he accepted a part-time position with the Healthcare & Human Services team and in 2024, he became full-time as a Healthcare & Human Services Associate Broker. Jayson is a graduate of Indiana State University with a major in insurance and risk management and was a recipient of a CIAB scholarship.

Jayson’s favorite aspect of his career is that the insurance industry gives him the opportunity to carve out success for himself. He also enjoys the collaboration at Arlington/Roe and values Arlington/Roe’s motto “Do the Right Thing.” In his spare time, he is taking care of his Siberian Husky, reading, and spending time with his family.
