Jen Cook

Jen joined Arlington/Roe in 2001 as a Personal Lines Assistant Underwriter. She specializes in motorcycle, manufactured home and recreational vehicle coverages. She is a seasoned insurance professional, having worked at two different insurance agencies for 22 years before joining Arlington/Roe. Jen is a graduate of Marion University with a Bachelor of Science in education.

Jen enjoys the opportunity to solve a problem with any phone call she receives. She knows agents are appreciative when she takes ownership and solves problems to the producer’s satisfaction. She strives for good timely service to all of her customers. When she is not at work, Jen is often swimming, crocheting, reading and spending time with her family, especially her three grandchildren.
