About
Mary Metts joined Arlington/Roe’s Michigan team in 2019 as a commercial assistant broker. In 2022, she was promoted to commercial associate broker, then to Commercial Broker in 2024. She has previous experience on the retail side as a CSR and account manager at two different Michigan independent agencies. Mary has a P&C license, a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation and is a graduate of the WSIA University program. She is a graduate of Grand Valley State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism management.
She enjoys the challenge of finding solutions for the unique quandaries presented by each risk. In her spare time, Mary enjoys spending time with her Great Dane, caring for her many plants both indoors and out, as well as camping, hiking, and trying new dishes during her travels.
