Melissa joined Arlington/Roe in 2019 as a professional liability associate broker. In 2022, she was promoted to Professional Liability Broker. She has previous experience as a professional liability administrator at Agents Insurance Services, a subsidiary of the Independent Insurance Agents Association of Illinois. Before that, Melissa worked in retail insurance as a commercial lines account manager. She has been in the insurance industry since 2006 and earned the Certified Insurance Services Representative (CISR), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU), and Cyber Professional Liability Practitioner designations.
She enjoys the ever-changing nature of the insurance industry and learning new things daily. In her spare time, she likes to exercise (specifically cardio kickboxing), travel, and spend time with her husband and German Shepherd.
