About
Shifa joined Arlington/Roe in 2021 as a Professional Liability Associate Broker. She began her insurance career as a CSR at an insurance company in Saudi Arabia, where she worked for nine years. She also worked at Westfield Insurance and was promoted to senior CSR after one year. Shifa has an MBA in marketing from Karachi University Business School in Pakistan and speaks three languages. She holds both RPLU and CPLP designations.
Her favorite aspect of her career is that there is something new to learn about every day in the insurance industry. She is glad that each day is interesting and fun, and she is continuously learning.
When she isn’t working, she has two boys who keep her on her toes. In the limited spare time she has, she can be found watching Netflix or reading a good book.
