About
Laurel Podgorski joined Arlington/Roe in 2024 as a payroll & benefits specialist. In 2026, she was promoted to Human Resources Business Partner. In her role at the company, Laurel collaborates with leaders and associates across the organization to support strategic people initiatives, enhance employee engagement and provide thoughtful guidance through workplace challenges. She is passionate about working alongside others to solve problems, develop talent and help individuals grow in their careers.
Laurel earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Trine University, majoring in Human Resources Management. She holds the Society for Human Resource Management–Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation and is a member of IndySHRM.
Outside of work, Laurel enjoys spending time with her family and being active outdoors. She is actively involved in her church, serving in children’s ministry and small group ministry. Laurel loves reading and listening to podcasts focused on personal growth. She also appreciates good coffee and relaxing around a fire pit.
